Translation

Translation rights are at the heart of RCW representation. We are a dynamic team of seven working directly in nearly all territories, with local co-agents in Asia and selected Eastern European markets. We handle over 120 books a year in over 50 territories, including our active backlist, travel extensively and speak and read seven languages.

In addition to selling rights for RCW, we also handle translation rights on behalf of Companhia Das Letras in Brazil.

In 2022, the company launched RCW International, headed by Laurence Laluyaux, to celebrate its growing list of prize-winning and bestselling international authors, underscore its strategy of agenting international authors from the UK and welcome many foreign language authors whose worldwide rights are handled by RCW agents.
